Halloween 2016

Another Halloween has come and gone!  It's the first Halloween where they both have picked exactly what they wanted to be, without any help from me ...  I can't choose any cute costumes anymore ... they are growing up before my eyes!  My older son went off and tricker treated with friends ... *tears. But you know what, these two make me so happy, and they are SO funny!  Best friends!

Back to School :: Imhoff Boys 2016

One of my favorite photos each year is of the kids first day of school!  They are always LESS than excited, but they are so sweet and let me take all the photos I want ... at least for this year!

FFL Horned Frogs + Cowboys

Seriously, how cool is this?!

B's FFL team was selected to play at the half-time show at the Cowboy's game last weekend and they made this awesome video for them to remember it by.  I am so thankful they did, because I was too far away to take any decent photos. 

It was the coolest experience for both the Hubs and Braeden.  I know they will remember it forever.

Fourth of July :: Summer 2016

Our tradition of taking the boys photos on the tree lined driveway at Ryan's Grandmothers home was completed again this year. I am so thankful that we have a beautiful place to capture these moments.

As I was editing them late the other night, I had a moment of ... wow, the boys look like this?  When you see them every moment of every day, you don't notice the small changes.  I can't believe how grown up they are getting.  These strong, loving, and caring boys are growing up before my eyes, and I am so proud of the young men they are becoming.

Breaden has begun to love photography, the first two photos are ones that he took himself ... not too bad!

Braeden's 8th Birthday Party :: Pole Position

Yeah that seems about right.  Just over 6 months behind in posting!  Now that we're gearing up for another birthday in the house, I thought I better post this one first!

Braeden's 8th Birthday Party was at a place called Pole Position.  It's an indoor go-cart race track and the kids absolutely love it,  For Braeden, our no fear, high action boy - there was no better place!

From Racing Flags, Pit Passes, to DIY Oil Cans .... this party was a hit!

Texas Tulips :: Spring 2016

Tuesday was such a long day, it was a draining day and really after work, I'll I wanted to do was crawl back in bed.  It's hard juggling family/work life some days and this day, was REALLY hard.  I pulled myself together and got the kids ready for the Tulip Farm like I had promised. I was so tired and drained and going and doing "one more thing" was not on the top of my list.  However, when we got there, it was such a beautiful site.  So many tulips, so many colors, and the site of being away from it all was quite stunning.  We have to drive a good 45 minutes to get there, and really, there is nothing better than driving out to the country and seeing all Gods Glory.   We went last year, you may remember, if not here is the post from 2015.

The kids were happy, everyone was having fun, choosing their favorite tuplip, and thankfully the weather cooperated.  I am so thankful for these two. The loves of my life.  Sometimes it's important to sit back and enjoy nature's beauty .. in ALL the glorious colors!
