Hope everyone is having a great Monday. It's a little slow here ... I am trying to get everything back in working order after being gone all weekend. Here's to the start of SUMMER for me anyways :)

How is it attached to the nightstand? I do love the idea and will use it once I figure out what to "clip" it to. If it is clipped the table itself mine may not work out. But a great idea all the same!! Thanks!

how do you get the big part through the little clip?
Same question as above, how do you get the end through the little clip. I can clip it to the table but not through the clip like yours.
I have the same question as some others here, and since it has not been answered yet, I'll ask it again. How do you get the cord through the clip in the first place?
I'm thinking that the USB end fits through the binder clip...yes?
I was able to do it by inserting the USB part "side" first. This is the cord at its skinnest. Hold the USB part flat like you were going to insert into the phone. The twist your wrist and see the thin side. Insert into the open "triangle" bottom of the the handle of a medium (1") binder clip (flip up the, with the metal slimmest part going through the narrow neck of the clip handle and the wider plastic part on the bottom of the triangle. You may have to smash the cord a little if you have a new, less flexible USB cord. A photo of insertion would be much easier than explaining. It works.
Genius!! but I am going to clip it to the edge of my mattress instead of the nightstand. I'm afraid it will scratch the nightstand wood.

This is so great. I tried it and it worked like a charm. I too didn't want to scratch my nightstand so I cut a small peice of soft cloth to wrap around the nightstand and then used the clip. Thanks so much for the idea.
Found this on pinterest also and I am buying more clips to hang my phone charger, my usb cord my kindle charger to my desk! TYTYTY!

While it seems quite difficult it is actually very easy. First squeeze the metal inwards near the base (the black). You should be able to get one side of the metal free and simply free the other side. You are now left with one metal part and the black base attached to the other metal clip. Simply thread wire of charger up through the detached clip and then reattach metal clip by squeezing, during one side end in and then the other. You are now left with the above picture.
Newer cords with micro ends won't work bc it will just fall through binder clip.
