Interior Paint Colors

We haven't been in the house more than 24 hours before I bought the paint.
It's pretty normal to expect to paint any house you move into, I just didn't expect have to paint the entire house.  Although I am dredding the process and I am pretty impatient, it is nice that we get to paint the house in the exact colors we like.

Time time around I choose to go with all Benjamin Moore Paint.  I have heard nothing but great things from those who have used it, and I found all the of colors I liked in a matter of minutes.  Seriously though, we just walked out of the store with 15 gallons of paint ... and that doesn't even include the paint we'll be buying for the basement ... lord help us!

Here are the paint colors we choose.  We like grey and natural tones in the house, so we tried to stay withing a certain palette.

Paint Colors Include:
Benjamin Moore: Ozark Shadows
Benjamin Moore: Rever Pewter
Benjamin Moore: Palladion Blue
Valspar: Gravity in Benjamin Moore Paint
Benjamin Moore: Dove White

We've Moved - Home Sweet Home

Thursday, August 29, 2013
It's been a LONG road, but I am so excited to announced that we have finally moved into a NEW HOUSE!
If you remember, we sold our old home last April and have been staying with family until we found "the one."

What a process it has been!
I knew it would take a while, I knew it would be trying, I just underestimated HOW Trying it would be!

Flying home from DC, one a place, somewhere over Kentucky, the house showed up on MLS and it's been ours ever since.  Today, we closed and the moving process begins.  Painting, Remodeling and the process of making this new house feel like our own.  I am ready for the challenge!

It's going to take some time, but I am planning on blogging the progress of our home.  From paint to interior furniture, flooring, lighting and décor.  It's a blank slate - we'll see where it takes us!
